Johnny was born Thursday, December 03, 1953 in Portsmouth, OH to Charles Hubert Fitzpatrick and Catherine Sowerds.
He is survived by his Mother - Catherine Sowerds; Five Children: Johnny D Fitzpatrick, April Edgecomb, Heather Trimmer, Ronnie Fitzpatrick and Faron Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren 1 great grandchild and a host of extended family and friends.
He is Preceded in death by his Father - Charles Hubert Fitzpatrick.
