John was born October 16, 1925 in Cheyenne, Wyoming to Leon Walters and Grace Smith. He is survived by His Son Thomas M. Walters. Brother Leon Walters SR., MD , Sisters Grace Silcoto, TX, and Jean Wright NV, One Grandchild and One Great Grandchild. She is preceded by his parents.
