John M. Turner, 84, passed away on June 14, 2014 in Columbus, OH. He was born to the late Arthur and Marion Turner in Chicago, IL on November 8, 1929. John was a member of Amazing Grace Baptist Church and retired from Columbus & Southern Electric Company. He is survived by his wife, Sophie Turner; Children, Debbie Davis, Keith (Janet) Stark, and John R. Turner; Grandchildren, Lauren(Chris), Louie, Kennedy, Brian, Kevin (Rachel), and Alan; Great Grandchildren, Madison and Chloe. A service will be held Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 6:30PM with visitation from 4:30-6:30PM all at the Chapel of Edwards Funeral Service, 1166 Parsons Ave., Columbus, OH 43206.
