He was born February 2, 1963 in Ashland, KY to the late Harry L. Runyon & Joann Robbins Runyon. He is survived by mother; Joann Graham Hall, and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and friends
A service will be held 2 PM Friday at the Chapel of EDWARDS FUNERAL SERVICE, 1166 Parsons Ave., Where family will receive friends from 1 PM. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions to be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
