John Mark Payne, 57, passed away on January 19, 2016. John was born in Grenada and moved here in 1973. He is the son of the late Joyce Payne. John is survived by 3 brothers. John was a veteran of the US Navy and will be buried at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 W. 3rd Street, Dayton, Ohio on Thursday February 18, 2016 at 11:00am with full military honors.
