He was born December 21, 1935 to the late John and Olive Stoops Edwards
Survived by Children; John A Edwards Deb, Darrell E. Edwards Marylou, Robert A Edwards Margaret, Belinda J. Baldwin Bill Jr., Craig A Edwards Joyce, Lorie Kelso Richard, Thomas Wilson Tammy, Lisa Seyfried Robert, Todd Wilson Amanda, 20 grandchildren and 12 great Grandchildren. Siblings; Betty Bridges, Juanita Miller Charles, Dean Edwards Deanna, Wayne Edwards, Lee Edwards Darlene, Joyce Kimball, Virginia Pollitt Paul, Ronnie Edwards Margene and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by wife; Phyllis Emily Irvin Edwards and a grandson, Wayne Allen Edwards
A service will be held 11 AM Friday at the Faith Baptist Church, 1791 N US Highway 68, Wilmington, Where family will receive friends from Thursday 4 ? 7 PM, and Friday 9:30 until time of service.
