John T. Bohlken born February 11, 1944 in Newport News, Virginia to the late Alice née McCabe and Jack Bohlken.
He passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side on Friday, April 12, 2019 in Columbus, Ohio
John is survived by his children, John Charles (Angie) Bohlken, Lisa (Dave) Parliament, and Michael; his four grandchildren, Amber, Nicholas (Vanessa), Andrea (Derrick) Uhl, and Alexandra; his four great-grandchildren, Ava, Adalynn, Ricky, and Bailey; his sisters, Carolyn (John) Rich and Rebecca (Don) Scoles and a host of nephews, a niece, and other relatives
A funeral service to honor John's life will be held Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at Edwards Funeral Service, 1166 Parsons Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43206 from 2-4 PM
