She was born March 14, 1933 in Lawrence Co, KY to the late Lawrence and Flona Keaton Skaggs.
She is Survived by her children, Goldie Pauly, Jay Betty Branham, Constance Rick Merritt, and Polly Horn, Granddaughter; Helen Dave Marcum and her Dog Ringo
She is preceded in death by her husband, Osha McDowell and companion, Ray McCoy
A service will be held 11 AM Monday at the Chapel of EDWARDS FUNERAL SERVICE, 1166 Parsons Ave., where family will receive friends from Sunday evening, 4 A�A�A½ 8 PM
