JERRY PHILLIPS, 55, of Columbus formerly of Sandusky went to be with our Lord Thursday, November 7, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Hazle Phillips formerly of Bellevue, OH. He is survived by his daughter, Bobbie David Gardner; Grandchildren, Hailey, Courtney, Olivia and Elijah, all of Columbus; Two Sisters, Pamela and Lori; Two Brothers, Sam and Eugene; Numerous nieces and nephews.
