Jerry Craiton Cook

Jerry Craiton Cook Sr, 74, passed away on March 20th 2014. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Clyde and Hazel Cook. Jerry is survived by his Wife, Best Friend and True Soul Mate, Mildred F. Cook. Son Edward A Cook, Daughters Susie Green Tim and Becky Cook. Niece and "His little girl" Martha W. O'Connor Kevin. Brothers Jack Cook Mattie. Jerry's Sister-in-Law and "His Sweetie" Corinne Schmitz Lee, Sister-in-Laws; Melvina Adams Mort and Mary Ross Herb, Brother-in-Law, Joe Rundio Sharlet, ZT Rundio, Orson Rundio Vivian. He has eleven Grandchildren and fifteen Great- Grandchildren and many other nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his Parents, Brothers Ron, Jim and Bob Cook, Sister Doris Cook and Son, Jerry Cook Jr. He loved to go fishing and playing pool and watching John Wayne movies. Jerry was a good friend to every person that crossed his path. He was generous. His wit was never outmatched by anyone. Laugh because life is too short to be serious. Service will be held on Saturday March 22, 2014 at 12:30 PM at Edwards Funeral Service, 1166 Parsons Ave. Columbus, Ohio 43206 with visitation from 11:00-12:30.
