She was born August 11, 1938 in Akron, OH to Harvey Douglas and Josie Carter.
Janice is survived by her loving siblings: Sarah Frances Parrish, Ida Marie Herd, Ruth Yvonne Lockhart (James), and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents Harvey and Josie, and her other siblings; Harvey Clayton Douglas Jr., Joseph William Douglas, and Earl Eugene Douglas.
