He is survived by Silbings Nancy Folk, LuLa Gill, Harry Folk Vicky and Girlfriend Brenda.
He is preceded in death by Both of his parents and his brother Richard Folk.
A service will be held Saturday July 9, 2011 at 8:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Service 1166 Parsons Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43206 with Callings hours starting at 6:00 PM
