Helen Louise Noel, 91, Passed away on Monday October 30, 2017 in Columbus, Ohio.
Helen was born on Monday June 14, 1926 in Paintsville, Kentucky to the late Benjamen and Maxie LeMaster.
She is survived by her children Patricia McElfresh and Walter Noel.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Walter Ray Noel.
Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery
