He is survived by; his parents; David and Peggy, and several brothers and sisters.

He is Preceded in death by; his grandfather, William Otis Boyer Sr.

A viewing will be held at Edwards Funeral Service on December 24th, 2016 at 2pm-3pm.

Garrett will be dearly missed by friends and family.
