Frederick C. Ruby, 68, passed away Sept. 8, 2016 after a long illness. He is survived by his son, Ben Ruby and his wife, Andrea, and grandson, Kamren Ruby; granddaughter, Alexis Ruby; and sister, Sue Ann Rader of Lewisburg. There will be a memorial service held at a later date.
