Franklin was born June 04, 1958 in Columbus, OH
Frank was a Deputy Sheriff for 32 years with the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, retired as Sergeant. He served in various divisions within the department. He enjoyed family, golf and carpentry.
He is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl Kennedy, two sons; Justin Kennedy, and Colin Kennedy
His Father and step mother; Franklin (Carolyn) Kennedy and Mother and step father; Polly (Harold) Moore
One Surviving Brother; Daniel (Donna) Kennedy, In-laws; Jerry and Nancy Rimmel two sister-in-laws; Lisa (Tim) Coldiron, Susan Rimmel
Several loving nieces and nephews. A special shout out to Jerry Wise and other close friends.
Family will receive friends Wednesday December 2nd 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, A Memorial Service will immediately follow at 1:00 PM at Seton Parish, 600 Hill Rd N, Pickerington, OH
