Franklin Curtis Jarrell, 73, passed away on Thursday July 21
He was born August 8, 1937 in Laurel, WV He is survived by three children, Franklin, Debra and Darrell, an Ex-wife Gail, companion Loraine, a sister; Viola and a host of Grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Preceded in death by two daughters; Elva and Terina, two brothers and a sister
A service will be held 1 PM Thursday at the Chapel of EDWARDS FUNERAL SERVICE, 1166 Parsons Ave., Where family will receive friends from 11AM
