Frank Collin Winans III, 29, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2014 at home. Frank was born September 29, 1984 in Hayward, CA to Collin & Micheline Winans. He graduated 2008 from the Columbus Culinary Institute and loved cooking, fishing, and water skiing. A TRUE GOOD SAMARITAN WHO LOVED HIS FRIENDS MORE THAN HIMSELF. Survived by father; Frank II, Brother; Arthur, sister; Natalie, and an uncle; Bill Hightower and numerous family in Alabama, California, Oregon, Washington, Minnesota and Nevada. He is Preceded in death by his mother Micheline Winans. A memorial service will be held Sunday March 2nd at 2 PM at Edwards Funeral Service, where Family will accept friends from 1 PM until start of service.
