Felix Witcher, age 84, was born to the late Floyd and Lucy Witcher in Keystone, WV on March 9, 1932. He passed away peacefully on March 31, 2016. He is survived by his sisters, and many extended family. Felix will be inurned at Dayton National Cemetery on Friday April 15, 2016 at 3:00 pm with full military honors.
