ELMER C HOLLEY, 87, Passed away Wednesday May 27th. He was born April 28, 1922 in Columbus Ohio to the late Chester Holley and Frances Darst Holley.
Elmer is survived by a sister, Esther O. Mullins and a Special friend, Ethel Holley
