Edward Leon Pryor JR was born on February 8, 1954 in Columbus Ohio, by Constance D. Pryor and Edward Leon Pryor Sr. He graduated early Linden McKinley high school in 1971. He was a Deacon at Starlight Baptist Church and Good Sheaperd Baptist Church.
Leon worked at Columbus Metropolitan. He was a Jack-Of-All-trades, he did construction work, carpentry, painting; he could literally do anything you could think of.
Leon was a barbecue master, and he loved helping to make Sunday dinner with his sister at Mama’s house. Family and friends enjoyed his barbecue.
Leon was called home to be with the lord on Sunday, November 30, 2025. He is preceded in death by his wife, Lavern Pryor. His mother, Constance B Pryor. And his father, Edward Leon Pryor Sr. And his son Edward Leon Pryor The Third.
Left to celebrate his legacy and cherish his memory are his daughter, Kenetha Pryor. Sister, Christina Pryor. Brother, David Pryor. Niece, Marquisha Pryor. Nephews, Monte Marcus, and Marquis Pryor. Grandchildren, Kenesha Armstrong, Derrick Crosby, Quan Crosby, Dominic Issenmann, Domia Issenmann, Jesus, Celestino, Emiliano, Nina, Lucia, Lordez, Camila, and Llamberto silva. His great Grandchildren Talyhla, Jordan, Raheem, Miya Issenmann, Mivanna, Da’karri, and host many great nieces and nephews.
