Donald "Eric" Collins, 56, passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2013. Donald was born Tuesday, July 2, 1957 in Portsmouth, OH
He is survived by; Wife; Cindy Collins, his father; Donald Sue Collins, mother; Sylvia Collins. Children; Christy Collins, Donald "DJ" Collins, Erica Straight, Rockey Clark, Dale Denney, Rodney Denney, Sheila Franklin, Bobbie Ross, Brothers and sisters; Curtis Collins, Thomas Collins, Linda Collins, Mike Price, Mark Price, Jeff Price, Brian Price, Susan Price, and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He is Preceded in death by one Brother; Tim Price
A Memorial Celebration will be held Saturday September 21, 2013 at 2 PM at the Willow Grove Advent Christian Church, 7192 Columbus Rd., Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050 where Family will receive friends from 1:30 PM until the time of service. A reception meal will follow.
In lieu of flowers a memorial contribution box will be available at the service to assist family with cremation expenses or contact [email protected] .
