Devon Abbott

Devon Daune Abbot, 17, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on Thursday August 27, 2015. He was born Tuesday November 25, 1997in Florence, Kentucky, the son of Mikala Abbott-Freeman. He attended Tecumseh High School in Mt. Gilead, Ohio and Marion Franklin High School in Columbus, Ohio.

Devon was an outgoing and fun loving young man whom rarely was without a smile on his face. He enjoyed many sports and activates, but had a great passion for playing basketball. Music played a huge role in his life, whether it be collecting songs or creating his own. Devon's smile was contagious, as well as his positive and outgoing attitude.

Devon is survived by parents Mikala and Steven Freeman; his brothers Garrett and Shawn Abbott; his sisters Chasity Abbott, Lindsey, Heather, Stefanie and Alysa Freeman; Grandparents Dalita and Michael Abbott, as well as many aunts, uncles, Cousins, 9 nieces and Nephews, other family members and Friends.

Devon Truly was a loving and unforgettable person. His presence will always be greatly admired and missed by numerous family members and Friends.
