She was born on February 20, 1963 in Columbus, Ohio to David Woodruff and Barbara Bowman.
Denise is survived by her loving husband Jeffery Mershon; sons Victor Anthony Chadwick Berry "Tony", Matthew Lee Anthony Berry and Jeffery Paul Mershon II "JP"; Siblings David Woodruff, Greg Woodruff, Diana Woodruff and Denine Strauth; Grandchildren Matthew Nutt and Desiree Berry; and her father David.
She is preceded in death by her mother Barbara.
A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 PM on Saturday May 18, 2019 at The Edwards Funeral Service Chapel 1166 Parsons Avenue Columbus, OH 43206 Where family will accept friends at Noon until time of Service.
