Debra Lynn Maynard

Debra Lynn Maynard, 57, Passed away on January 30, 2019 at Mount Carmel Medical Center.

Debra was born on January 22, 1962 in Lorain Ohio to Glenn R. Nelson and Wanda L. Nelson (Gambell)

Debra was a member of Valley Chapel Church Christ and Christian Union in Minford, Ohio.

She is survived by her children Phillip (Jennifer) Thompson  of Dodge City, Kansas; Marie (Tony) Miller of Portsmouth, Ohio; Jeremiah (Bridget) Maynard of Phenix City, Alabama and Robin (Carl) Larson of Lancaster, Ohio; Ten Grandchildren Sonja, Christopher, Katie, Micah, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Luke, Braxton, Elysia and Braden; Sisters Kay Fantuzzi, Carol Rose, Glenda Nelson and Brenda Dennis and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other family members. She will be greatly missed.

Debra is Proceeded in death by her father Glenn Nelson; Brothers Ricky David Nelson and Brian Nelson and her grandson Jeremy Neal.
