Clara E Cardiff
Clara E. Cardiff, 89, died Wed Feb.18.2015 at Riverside Hospital. Columbus, Ohio after a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years. Batt. Chief John H. Cardiff ( Cols. Fire Dept. ) and son Lt. JG Brian L. Cardiff. Clara was born in South Olive, Ohio to Cecil E. and Josephine ( Davis) Carter on Nov.8, 1925. She is survived by her daughter Mary Jo Gilkerson, Dublin, Ohio and son John P. (Lori) Cardiff, Cardington, Ohio grandsons Luke ( Trisha ) Gilkerson, Ian Gilkerson, Jared Gilkerson. Great grandchildren Alexis, Bradley, Cameron, Dylan and Elliot. The family will be greeting friends and relatives for a remembrance gathering to celebrate her life. Those who wish to are invited to share a thought or memory you have of Clara on March 28, 2015, at the Northland Senior Village Condo, 4119 Karl Rd, Columbus, Ohio from 1-4pm.
