Charlotte Ann Jordan passed away in her home, Tuesday, October 16, 2018 in Columbus, Ohio
She was born July 21, 1954 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Delbert and Wilma Brooks
Charlotte is survived by her loving husband, Jeffrey Linn Jordan; her caring children, Jeffrey (Jamie) Jordan Jr., Charles (Cathy) Jordan, and Tanya Jordan; her siblings, Debbie (Rick) Phillips and Rhoda Scase; her grandchildren, Jacob, Christopher, Mason, Charles, Tyler, Amber, and William; her great-grandchildren, Scott and Lillianna; and a host of other family and friends
She is preceded in death by her parents; her son, Ricky; and her daughter, Kelly Marie
A funeral service will be held Monday, October 22, 2018 at Edwards Funeral Service Chapel, 1166 Parsons Avenue, Columbus, OH 43206, at 10 AM where family will accept friends from 9 AM until time of service. Interment to follow at Jackson Township Cemetery, Circleville, OH.
