Charles is preceded in death by his father, Charles Rupe Sr.; his aunts, Mary Lou Colburn and Donna Brown; grandmothers, Faye Rose and Mary Dunfee.
He is survived by his mother, Diane (Ernest) Brown; sisters, Trena (James) Hamilton, Faye (Mike) Bays; brothers, Ray (Pepper) Rupe, Brock (Athena) Yates, Ernest Brown Jr., Christopher (Chasidy) Rupe, Alen (Kiesha) Rupe, Johnathan Rupe, Charlie Rupe, Scott (Tammy) Britton, Little Rick Akers; children, Jessica (Michael) Wells, Mark Rupe, Matt Rupe, and Stephanie (Josh Hinkle) Rupe; six grandchildren, and lots of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Charles loved everyone and lit up a room he will be greatly missed.
