Charles R. Perry (Ronnie) passed away on April 14th of 2026 at OSU hospital, at 71 years of age. A devoted father to his children and grandfather to his grandchildren. Charles was born in Wayne county West Virginia, Son of Charles and Marie Perry. 

He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren, reminiscing of past times with his family and friends. Like fishing and Working on cars with his late brother, as they shared their love for classic rock music together. Ronnie will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him. He will be remembered for his kindness, and his willingness to help anyone in need. Charles leaves behind his children Veronica (Corey) Bratcher, and Ezra Perry. His grandchildren Kaiden and Braylon Bratcher. 

His sisters wanda Kennedy, Judy (Dennis) price, , and Lisa (Iain) dickie. His sister in law Kathy Perry. He is proceeded in death by his parents Charles and Marie Perry. His brothers Roger Perry, and Larry Perry, and his sisters Linda latorre, and Deborah Perry.
