Carole Ann DeFelice
March 3, 1945 — September 20, 2014
Carole Ann DeFelice age 69 of Columbus, Ohio formerly of Westerville, Ohio died Saturday Sept. 20, 2014 from a very short bout with lung cancer at St. Ann's hospice care center. She was born March 3, 1945 to the late Martin and surviving Jean Purtell. She married Vincent Joseph DeFelice who survives on September 19, 1964 they were able to have 50 years together.
Mrs. DeFelice was a homemaker, enjoyed woodworking and going to many craft shows and worked for Columbus Ohio Center education resources. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and going to their sporting events.
Carole is survived by a daugther Annette Dr. Daniel Stewart of Catawba Island; son Joey DeFelice , 5 Grandchildren- Daniel, Mackenzie, Gracey, Keelan & Savannah. Sister Jenny Kevin O'Brien of Texas, Brother Tom Purtell of Columbus.
Services will be held Friday Oct. 3 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Paul's church 313 N. State St. Westerville , Ohio. In lieu of flowers please send contributions to St. Ann's / Mt. Carmel Palliative Care/ Hospice 500 South Cleveland Ave. Westerville, Ohio 43081.
