Bobby was born Saturday, September 16, 1967 in Columbus, OH to Roosevelt Carroll and Bessie Mae Carroll.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday April 8, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Greater Glory Ministry, 487 North Champion Ave., Columbus, where Family will accept friends from 9 AM until time of service. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery.
