BILLY LEE FARMER, 71, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2010 in Westerville, OH.
Billy was born October 13, 1939 in Knoxville, TN to John Farmer and Netti Paul. He is survived by his children Tina Cross Jerry and Billy Farmer Jr. Tamara; Siblings Charles Farmer, Helen LoBianco, and Jewell Deacon; and Four grandchildren. He is preceded by both of her parents.
