Billie was born July 13, 1952 in Columbus, Ohio to William J. Vallette and Lucy A. Dempsey. She is survived by her children Shannon Jones and Sharon Marcum Billy Marcum, Brother Patrick Hunter and six Grandchildren. She is preceded by both of her parents.
