She was born February 17, 1941 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Kenneth L Starner and Virginia L Dunlap.
Survived by her Husband Walter Dobbs; her children Betty Dobbs, Elizabeth Dobbs, Walter Dobbs, Tammy Williams Larry, and Charles Dobbs; 13 Grandchildren, and 10 Great Grandchildren; Brother Bob Marshall, Brother John Starner, and Sister Lunna.
