Betty was born May 19, 1930 in Bulter Co, Oh to Edward Burns and Frannie Bolser. She is survived by her children Jean Baker and Jeff Baker AmandaTwo Grandchild and four Great Grandchildren. She is preceded by her husband, Clifford Baker and son, Carson Baker.
