Arvena "Sue" Ward Scott

Sue Scott, 74, of Waverly passed away on August 26, 2020. She was born on December 29, 1945 in Waverly, Ohio to the late Herman M Ward and Dorothy Griffith Ward.

Sue is survived by her son Brent (Diana) Parker, daughter Nancy Parker, grandsons Caleb and Josh Parker, sisters Virginia Heavenridge, Nancy (Gary) Beekman and Auda (Larry) Herman, brothers Roger Ward, Ralph Ward, John Ward, Ed (Joyce) Ward, Randy (Trish) Ward.

Sue was preceded in death by one son Clint Parker, her sisters Sarah Alice, Linda Mason, and 4 brothers Lewis, Ronald, Dallas, and Terrill Ward.

Sue was a loving and devoted mother and Grandmother. She was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in the fall of 1974. She loved spending time with her family and helping others learn more about Jehovah and his son Jesus Christ. A couple of scriptures that gave her a lot of comfort and hope and that she enjoyed sharing with others were God's promises found at Revelation 21: 3, 4 and John 5: 28, 29.

In keeping with Sue's wishes she will be cremated and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
