He is survived by; Daughter: Tina (David) Frizzell, his grandchilden: David and Destanie Frizzell, his siblings: James and Candice, mother: Eileen Underwood, and all his family at Josies Pizza.
He is Preceded in death by; his father: James Skaggs and step-father June Underwood.
As requested by Artie he will be cremated with no funeral services.
