Survived by daughter, Amy Jerry Price; special daughter Tisha Hawley, grandchildren, James Lackey, Melanie Lackey, Tiffany Price, Samantha Price, Brandon Price, Mackenzie Price, Kasey Hawly, Abby Lafollette and Noah Smith; sisters, Sheila Dube, Pearl Riggs and Rosemary Vest; brothers, Carl Moore and Jack Moore
Preceded in death by son, James Hammack; 5 brothers and sisters.
