Anthony Michael Baggatta Jr., 35 years old, passed away on April 21, 2017 at OSU Medical Center.
He was born June 26, 1981 in Middletown, NY to the late Margaret Fasion and his father Anthony Michael Baggatta Sr.
Anthony is survived by his two sons Santino and Vincent Baggatta whom will dearly miss him.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
