She is survived by Father Jeffrey R Shough Sr.; Mother Tracey M Bates; Children Gage Michael Shough and Holly Jarrell; Brothers James Michel Bates and Jeffrey R. Shough Jr.; three sisters Melissa Kay Farley, Heather Dawn Marie Shough, and Ashley Latisha Michael Pennington; Grandma Wanda Bates.
A service will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Sunday August 25, 2013 at the Chapel of Edwards Funeral Service 1166 Parsons Ave. Where will receive friends starting at 4:00 P.M.
